The Death March of 1945

Uri Chanoch and Solly Ganor recite Kaddish, the prayer for the dead. They stand deep within the bowels of the huge underground factory near Kaufering where they labored 53 years ago. The factory was to be used in the construction of Hitler's first combat jet, the Messerschmitt ME 262. Hundreds of their fellow prisons fell or were pushed to their deaths into fresh concrete as the bunker was rushed to completion near the end of the war. These prisoners remain entombed in this hellish mausoleum today.
